Smoked Fish and Asparagus Goat Cheese Tart

This deliciously flaky tart is the perfect appetizer at any party or gathering.


Ingredients

-14oz puff pastry

-4oz Kodiak Island Smokehouse Smoked fish (we used Smoked Halibut)

-4oz goat cheese

-3 large eggs

-2tbs green onion

-1tbs fresh dill

-1 bunch of asparagus


Instructions-

Preheat oven to 400.

Greece baking dish and line it with puff pastry. Remove skin from smoked fish and flake into small pieces. Sprinkle puff pastry evenly with flaked smoked fish.

Blend Eggs, goat cheese, green onion and dill and pour over fish. Line asparagus on top and bake for 20-25 minutes.
