Ingredients-
- 4-6 oz Kodiak Island Smokehouse Smoked Fish (Salmon was used in this recipe but you can also try smoked Halibut and Cod.)
- 8oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/4cup Red Hot Sauce
- 1cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions-
Start by removing smoked salmon from skin. Flake fish into small pieces. Mix in softened cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce. Mix well. Add shredded cheddar cheese. (More or less may be added depending on consistency of the mixture). Serve on toasted slider buns and enjoy!
