Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are always an event and party favorite. Plus, they are quick and easy to prepare. They make the perfect appetizer. We thought, why not add some delicious smoked fish to the already brilliant dish? So, we got to cooking!



Ingredients-

-1tbs fresh dill

-12 hard boiled eggs

-1/4 cup sour cream

-3tbs red onion

-1 1/2 tsp chopped capers

-1tsp mustard

-1tbs mayonnaise

-2 tsp Lemon Juice

-4 oz Kodiak Island Smokehouse smoked fish

Salt, Pepper and paprika to taste.


Instructions-

Cut hard boiled eggs in half and set aside yolks. Mash yolks in bowl with the rest of the ingredients. If mixture is too think you may add more mayonnaise. Fill egg whites with mixture and serve with Kodiak Island Smokehouse smoked fish on top. We prefer smoked salmon or halibut. Yum!
