Zesty Smoked Fish Dip

You have never tried smoked fish like this before! We use wild caught Alaskan Halibut to make our creamy, rich smoked fish dip this time but, you can use any savory Kodiak Island Smokehouse smoked fish for this recipe. Salmon dips are usually the norm so we thought we would mix it up with some halibut and show you just how creative you can get with our delicious smoked fish!



Ingredients-

-8oz Cream Cheese

-2tbs Capers

-1 tbs Fresh Dill

-1/4 Cup Sour Cream

-1tbs Lemon Juice

-1tbs Green Onion

-4oz Kodiak Island Smokehouse Smoked Fish (Halibut, Cod, or Salmon)


First, chop capers, green onion, and dill. Next, remove skin from smoked fish and mash in bowl with fork till it is more flaky than solid. All all chopped ingredients. After this, add lemon juice, sour cream and cream cheese. Mash together till ingredients are completely blended.

Serve with cucumbers and bell peppers for a delicious ketogenic, high fat, low carb snack or, you can dip in your favorite gluten free crackers!
